Lay Leaders-
- Work collaboratively with the pastors of the church in developing and maintaining the missional identity of the church.
- Model faithful Christian life through presence and service in the faith community.
- Pay attention to the spiritual lives and needs of those both in the church and in the parish in order that we might deepen our worship and ministry in service to others.
- Listen for and voice the concerns and needs of the community.
- Exercise responsibilities as a member of the following committees as needed: charge conference, church council, staff-parish relations committee, finance committee, nominations and leadership committee.
- Pray for the church and parish.
Each of our worshipping communities have a Lay Leader that works within and represents that community. Sanctuary has Jack Kroeker (jackarel77@gmail.com). Rise has Jessica Hampton (sugar.chef.jess@gmail.com). Manantial has Maria Preciado (preciadom2703@yahoo.com).
